Strategy & Operations - Founding Team

Jerry Ehanmo is a strategic leader with a strong focus on risk management and control, viewing opportunities as vehicles for delivering social impact while achieving economic returns for stakeholders and investors. He possesses extensive regulatory and policy knowledge, expertise in corporate and project finance, investment offerings, and private placements in equity and debt markets. With over 15 years of experience, he is a visionary leader and business transformation expert across corporate finance, infrastructure, power, and energy sectors. He has advised on over ₦30 billion in capital raises, projects, and transactions within the energy, finance, and infrastructure space. Jerry was a co-founder and key promoter of Consynergy Limited, which has disbursed over ₦3 billion in asset-backed specialty loans.
